Atlantic Wellness – Free, unlimited therapy sessions in the Atlantic Region. Atlantic Wellness does not require insurance or Medicare. Sessions can be in-person, over the phone, via video chat, or through text messaging—always with privacy and safety measures in place.
Bridge the Gapp Youth — “Bridge the Gapp” Youth is an online resource designed to support mental wellness among young people in New Brunswick. Resources are provided regarding information on grief, loss, depression, and more.
Horizon Health Network – Horizon’s Addiction and Mental Health Services provide a range of services for individuals, children, youth, adults of all ages and family members affected by substance misuse, harmful gambling and/or mental health issues. Services may include individual counselling, group counselling and specialized treatment programs.
Vitalité Health Network – Free addiction and mental health services for adults in New Brunswick struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems. Vitalité provides individual and group therapy, psychoeducational sessions, crisis intervention, counselling, and more.
